Return, refund policy

1. CUSTOMER CAN EXCHANGE / RETURN PRODUCTS IN CASE:

Exchange 

  • Products delivered incorrect quantity, information, packing specifications according to order
  • Defective purchased products include torn cap stamps, products that have been removed, distorted or deformed prior to shipment.
  • The product is out of date

Return

  • Return the item due to damaged product even with original packaging
  • Return the goods due to technical errors in production (non-sealed packaging, deflation, foreign objects ...)

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING / RETURNING

Terms and conditions of exchange / return

  • When receiving product or within 03 days of receipt (except Sunday and public holiday)
  • The exchanged goods must have their stamp, label, unused and have the invoice / delivery note attached
  • Do not change products sold in the promotion if there is a requirement that the product cannot be exchanged, or the item has been exchanged once before, unless the product has a technical error.
  • Do not change the goods for damaged, dirty or scratched products due to customer error
  • The company will refund the money after deducting costs incurred (if any) in the process of returning the goods to the customer via account or in cash.

3. EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCESS

Step 1:

- After receiving the goods. Customers need to check carefully the quantity, type, packaging ... If there is a problem, please respond to the delivery staff.

- In case after the delivery staff has left - Customers wishing to return the goods can contact us to be processed.
